Sabre Tubular Structures understands that capacity is key to meeting delivery deadlines. Our new state-of-the-art pole manufacturing facility has 200,000 square feet of production space situated on 147 acres. Located in Alvarado, Texas, this facility is dedicated to the manufacture of tubular polygonal sections, and has the manufacturing capacity of 30,000 tons of steel structures annually. Our central location enables us to easily serve the entire country.

In-house capabilities at our new plant include an arm fabrication shop, blasting facility, climate-controlled paint facility, and one of the largest hot-dip galvanizers in North America.Sabre Galvanizing, located on site at Sabre Tubular Structures, utilizes a 65 foot kettle and the latest technology in hot dip galvanizing. Adhering to stringent ASTM A123 specifications and designed specifically for Sabre products, this new facility provides our customers with superior quality for their galvanized poles and enables us to be your full service project partner.

Committed to setting the standard in providing quality products, Sabre Tubular Structures' Quality Assurance team performs both an in-process and final inspection prior to loading and shipment from our facility. We can assemble complete structures, when necessary, to ensure proper fit prior to shipment.
