Offering a variety of finishes, Sabre Tubular Structures has in-house facilities to galvanize or paint your steel pole. We can provide you with the traditional galvanized steel pole, a self-weathering pole, or a painted pole.
Sabre Galvanizing, located on-site at Sabre Tubular Structures, is an efficient and environmentally-friendly pole galvanizing facility. Utilizing a 65 foot kettle and the latest hot dip galvanizing technology, Sabre Galvanizing is one of the largest of its type in North America. Adhering to stringent ASTM A123 specifications and designed specifically for Sabre products, this new facility provides our customers with superior quality for their galvanized poles.

For projects that require something other than a galvanized pole, we have weathering steel poles or painted poles. Weathering steel poles are made of a specially-formulated steel material that forms a Patina to seal out the atmosphere and reduce further corrosion. Over time this product naturally weathers to a deep dark brown color. Any incidental damage to this oxide coating heals itself, reducing the need for any type of maintenance.

Sabre Tubular Structures also offers both painted steel poles and below ground corrosion protection. For your above ground protection, we offer a painted finish. Available in a wide range of colors, this finish is designed to blend with any environment and is engineered for outstanding longevity. Below ground protection is achieved by using an advanced polyurethane coating that provides the best barrier to corrosion. This enamel-like sheet of thermoset plastic, bonds directly to the steel structure. It can be sprayed over both galvanized and weathering steel poles.
